The Newars are one of the most numerous ethnic groups that populate the Kathmandu Valley. They posses a distinctive and rich culture and language and language and are a very cohesive group. Muna sa is essentially an entertainment show in Newari, the language of the Newars. We present Newari cultural aspects, literature, music and rely on quizzes and phone-ins to encourage people to participate and discuss on issues that interest the Newar community.
